1. Structural Analysis: 500N Mounting Bracket

Onshape CAD SimScale FEA CalculiX Solver

Objective: Design and validate an L-bracket supporting a 500N static load without yielding.
Engineering: Optimized with a 10mm inner fillet to reduce stress concentrations at the bend. Verified via cloud-based linear static analysis, showing safe stress distribution safely away from the fixed bolt constraints.

2. DFM Consumer Product: Dual-Material Ice Cube Tray

Onshape CAD Multi-Body Design DFM

Objective: Model a user-centric product optimized for real-world injection molding.
Engineering: Utilized the Shell tool to maintain uniform wall thickness to prevent thermal warping. Applied a 3-degree draft angle to all inner vertical walls of the cavities to ensure seamless mold ejection.
